Understand how a provider covers an area
Three different claims, often confused. We keep them apart, because only one of them proves someone will come to you.
Local or on-site coverage
The provider documents that it serves the governed area in person. This is the only claim that supports a local on-site decision.
Nationwide coverage
The provider documents wider coverage, subject to the areas and terms it publishes. It may include your area — we say when that is stated and when it isn't.
Remote service
The service can be delivered without an on-site visit — useful for some jobs, irrelevant for others.

Not “operates nearby” — does it document service in the specific place you need it.

Some work can be handled remotely. Most local jobs cannot — check which you're buying.
